Returns.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Buffalo Systems purchase.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, you can return it within
the guidelines outlined below.


New Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Note: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned unless faulty.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective:

Customised products.

Items marked as final sale.

Gift cards or promotional items.



3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Re-package the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent with a note including your full name, order number and reason for return. Please also write your order number on the OUTSIDE of your package. 

Post Your Return: Send the package to the address below using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage by your chosen courier.

Please kindly note that return shipping costs and successful delivery back to us are the responsibility of the customer.

As we’re a small team, please also kindly note that returns may take a little longer to process, but we’ll make sure to get everything sorted as quickly as we can. Returns generally take 7 days to process. 



4. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Re-package the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent with a note including your full name, order number, reason for exchange and the item you would like it exchanging for. We only offer direct exchanges (this is for the same item in a different colour / size). Please also write your order number on the OUTSIDE of your package. 

Post Your Exchange: Send the package to the address above using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage by your chosen courier. 

Please kindly note that exchange shipping costs and successful delivery back to us are the responsibility of the customer.

As we’re a small team, please also kindly note that exchanges may take a little longer to process, but we’ll make sure to get everything sorted as quickly as we can. Exchanges generally take 7 days to process. Furthermore, stock availability at the time of your return will depend on how quickly we get your exchange shipped back out to you. If it is not in stock then it will have to be made for you using our Commission Kit service which comes with an approximate 21 working day lead time (excluding an additional 3-5 working days for shipping and handling).



5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:

Contact us at orders@buffalosystems.co.uk as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of receiving the item).

Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.



6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days of receiving your return.

We will email you once your refund has been issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
