Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition
- All tags, labels and packaging are intact
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note: items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Customised products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. How to Return an Item
- Complete the Returns Form. Your order includes a Returns Form. Please fill it out with as much detail as possible so we can process your return.
- Repack the item. Pack the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent.
- Post your return. Send the package to the address below using a tracked service.

Please note that return shipping costs, and making sure your return reaches us, are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Exchanges
We offer like-for-like exchanges on all our products, such as a different size or colour. We're unable to offer exchanges for a different product or partial refunds.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered:
- Contact us at orders@buffalosystems.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receiving the item
- Include clear photos and a description of the issue
- We'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days of us receiving your return
- We'll email you once your refund has been issued
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item
