New Returns and Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Note: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective:
Customised products.
Items marked as final sale.
Gift cards or promotional items.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Your order should contain a Returns Form, please fill this out with as much detail as necessary for us to process your return request.
Re-package the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent.
Post Your Return: Send the package to the address below using a tracked service.
Address: Buffalo Systems Ltd. The Old Dairy, Broadfield Road, Sheffield, S8 OXQ, UK.
Please kindly note that return shipping costs and successful delivery back to us are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Exchanges
We offer like-for-like exchanges on all of our products (alternate size/colour etc).
However, we cannot facilitate exchanges for alternate products/partial refunds.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:
Contact us at orders@buffalosystems.co.uk as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of receiving the item).
Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days of receiving your return.
We will email you once your refund has been issued.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
