The Process
Because we make every piece by hand in our Sheffield workshop, out-of-stock items can be commissioned to order. Here's how it works, from click to dispatch.
For any product that’s out of stock simply click the Commission Kit button. |

We will then start cutting and stitching your order as soon as possible. |

You’ll get a dispatch update once it’s ready to ship. |
How long will it take?
Lead times vary, but most orders ship within the following timeframes:
- 1 to 5 units: Approximately 30 Working Days
- 6 to 15 units: Approximately 35 Working Days
- 16+ units: Contact the team to discuss timings

Exchanges and refunds are available on all Commission Kit items.
