Gift cards can be purchased online via our website or in-store (if applicable).

Available in multiple denominations, typically ranging from £10 to £200.

Digital gift cards are delivered via email and include instructions for redemption at checkout.

Physical gift cards (if available) may be shipped to your specified address.

2. Redeeming Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed only through the official Buffalo Systems website: www.buffalosystems.co.uk.

Enter the unique gift card code at checkout to apply the balance to your purchase.

If your order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance can be paid via standard payment methods.

If your order total is less than the gift card value, the unused balance remains on the card for future use.

3. Gift Card Terms

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, please treat your code like cash.

5. Returns and Refunds

Items purchased with a gift card are subject to our standard Returns Policy.

If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refunded amount will be returned to the same gift card (or a new code issued, if needed).

If you paid using both a gift card and another method, the refund will be applied accordingly.
