Really nice jacket, bought to replace a more casual Patagonia Baggies jacket for walks in drizzle/unpredictable British weather. I've already worn it 15 minutes of rain and didn't feel wet at all either, stayed comfy and dry. Compared to the Patagonia jacket it's replacing, it feels significantly lighter and less clammy/stuffy, owing I assume to the more breathable material. It also didn't wet out and get heavy. I think in general it'll much more adaptable to the inconsistency of British weather.
I went slightly bigger on size than recommended (42) so I could also layer under/get fatter, I'd say the size chart for this is pretty spot on.
I've knocked it one star because I kinda wish it had internal chest pockets, though it'd probably detract from next to skin comfort. The jacket also had multiple excess threads in several areas I had to cut out of the bag, which at this price point just felt less than ideal.
Perfect fit - go one size up. Very well made. Great attention to detail. One and done.

Excellent, replacing a shirt I've had for 30 years that has seen regular & hard use. The new shirt was everything I expected and I'm already using it in the fickle weather of the Peak District.
